About CARITAS
CARITAS For Children is a charitable organization that provides financial assistance for the health, education and general welfare of orphaned and other disadvantaged children through the services of Catholic religious communities. At present, CARITAS is working with several religious communities whose services for children are located in many countries throughout the world.Our Focus
There are many areas of the world that are in great need of assistance and hope, but because of the desperate situation of the continent of Africa, it is our current focus. With widespread war, violence, extreme poverty and starvation; the choice is easy and the need is great.
You can help by sponsoring a needy child in one of our two programs in Uganda, or you can donate to our general funds to pledge your support to the greater good. Your support is much appreciated.
